Sivatharshini is a skilled and client-focused Solicitor with over 12 years of legal experience. She specialises in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing and Immigration Law, providing clear, practical legal advice tailored to each client’s needs. Sivatharshini worked a few Solicitor firms and joined VAS Solicitors in 2021 and has since earned a reputation for her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Then She started her own practise in 2022. Sivatharshini holds an LLB degree from Law Faculty of Colombo University, Sri Lanka and an LLM from Liverpool University, UK. She is an Attorney-at-Law from Sri Lanka Law College and is a qualified Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. She is fluent in Tamil, English, and extensive knowledge in Sinhala, enabling her to serve a diverse range of clients with both cultural sensitivity and legal clarity. Her clients consistently praise her for her dedication, efficiency, and exceptional service. Her ability to explain complex legal steps in a clear and approachable way has earned her numerous 5-star reviews and repeat client referrals. Rosan joined our firm in 2022. He is an experienced legal professional and Immigration Consultant Registered Foreign Lawyer at our firm, specialising in all aspects of immigration law. He holds an LLB and is an Attorney-at-Law in Sri Lanka, and is also registered as a Foreign Lawyer with the Solicitors Regulation Authority in England and Wales. He also works at Vas Solicitors as a Consultant Registered Foreign Lawyer. A dedicated and detail-oriented Lawyer with a strong focus on immigration law, providing comprehensive legal support to individuals and businesses navigating complex immigration processes. With a client centred approach, he is committed to delivering clear, practical advice and ensuring a smooth experience throughout each stage of the immigration journey. In addition to his immigration expertise, he actively assists in both residential conveyancing and commercial matters, contributing to efficient property transactions and supporting broader business legal needs. His ability to manage diverse areas of law reflects strong analytical skills, adaptability, and a thorough understanding of legal procedures. Prior to relocating to the UK, Rosan served as a State Counsel at the Attorney General’s Department in Sri Lanka, where he gained significant experience in criminal litigation and legal advisory work. BALJINDER KAUR

Baljinder was admitted as a Solicitor in 1997 and for many years practiced in the fields of Family Law; Civil Litigation and Criminal Cases. From 2002 Baljinder gained extensive experience as a Sole Practitioner in the fields of Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, providing expert real estate legal services in property transactions involving buying; selling; leasing; transfers of equity and more. She also has expertise in Landlord & Tenant matters and Wills & Probate. Baljinder joined our firm in 2024 as a Consultant in the Property Department upon giving up her sole practice. Baljinder speaks fluent Panjabi and can also converse in Hindi.
